I take them now for constipation from statins but previously I took them as adjunct drug for diarrhea. I chew 3 at night now. When I was staving off diarrhea before I was diagnosed and treated. It was adjunct to Imodium.

I’ll see if I can get some of these. Still very irregular bowel, one minute I’m always in the loo so I take one Metamucil satchel and then I don’t go for 2-3 days. . I just want to get regular like once a day . .
