Nancy69: My understanding is that many, if not all, of these pharma programs to help with drug costs don't include Medicare. The ones I have looked at all said to be eligible you have to be on commercial insurance. Please correct me if I'm wrong!

I have Medicare and I have support. Are you using a medical specialty pharmacy? There are grants, programs etc. Speak with a speciality pharmacy pharmacist. Also contact the manufacturer Teraperitide ( Forteo) , often times they have programs. Although they have financial barriers fill out the paperwork anyway. It usually works out.
