@andoman They are called Benefiber Fiber Gummies. They also say “prebiotic” and some say “prebiotic and probiotic” . Both act the same. They are lifesavers for me. They are on Amazon and kind of pricey considering you have to take them twice a day (I take 2 twice a day although the bottle says 3 twice a day). Benefiber powder is cheaper and is tasteless even when mixed with just water, but you have to take it 3 times a day. I will add a picture of the bottles but not sure if they will let it through.
