I have had Key hole laparoscopic bowel surgery 3 weeks ago

Thank you for your reply.
After blood tests they found I had a bug probably from surgery, it’s in the intestines and bowel and is called C.Diff. It’s hard to kill, strong antibiotics. My stool was pretty much white, never seen anything like it. Since taking the antibiotics it’s the correct colour at present but I still go to the toilet to much. It’s very tough mentally and physically. Hopefully it will settle. Do other people get all this ??

Yea I had C-Diff as part of my diagnosis journey - things will be much better when you clear that up.

I appreciate you posting an update. I'm relieved to know that you now have an answer to the diarrhea you were experiencing. I'm sure you must be glad to know the reason and can now begin the treatment and get some relief.
