They call all non-curative treatment "palliative," technically. My PCa was already bone-metastatic at first diagnosis (PSA 67), but ADT + Apalutamide + spinal surgery + spinal radiation + prostate radiation have kept me in remission for almost 3½ years now, with the hope of many more to come.
