Should NET w/liver met patient stop rx that has Seratonin?

I have received Samotuline Depot injections every 28 days for a year. I have avoided Serotonin in my diet, but do I also need to stop drug for depression due to the Serotonin connection?
Also Oncologist is substituting Lanreotide every 28 days - does this drug result in same symptoms and effect on my tumors?
All help will be appreciated!

Thank you all for your comments. The anti-depressant I am taking does contain Serotonin; however doc concurs that the benefits outweigh the effect of this hormone. However I am adhering to the anti-Seratonin diet. Sure wish we NET patients had a “cure”!!! Best we can do is try to control spread and tumor growth and continue to wait and be aware of “symptoms”.
