Grandmar no I,ll be going by myself but will write out a list thanks for reminding me .My son lives near me but they both work so if I need surgery they will be there for me .I have my MRI disc to take for him to see how messed up my back is so I,ll let you know .Linda

You might want to record the discussion using your phone. This way, you don't have to worry that you did not get everything you discussed. Or, you can do both. Write the answers and record the conversation just in case.
