I use to get them if I ran out of my Effexor XR. But I don’t take Antidepressants anymore, thank god. I don’t get the zaps anymore either. Good Luck, hope you get rid of yours.

The literature that I read- which is where I got the phrase “brain zaps”- said that they were caused by discontinuing an anti-depressant. So, that tracks.
