I have been wearing the Serola SI joint belt at home for about 6 months. I had minor SI joint pain in June. The likely cause was hypermobility in the SI joint due to stress fractures in my lower vertebrae after a fall. I'm wearing the SI belt to stabilize the area and allow the stress fractures to heal. It seems to be working.

Yes it helps with sacrolitis but not si joint dysfunction........
Hello I am Ashley 35 yrs old is good old Hott as can be Fl and I jus wanted to help if I could by lending a little about my SI Joint Story.................................... the sacroloc belt doesnt work on SI Joint Dysfunction bc the weight you put your SI Joint under by placing your weight down on which ever foot is the side causes the SI Joint to move/grind/lock up out of place ause more sever pain in my opinion with the belt on I've tried it all belts, joint inections, gabapentin(which does nothing for the griding pain followed by feeling locked up/stuck out of its original placement), Ive done stretches multiple times a day, Limited excersises that are not forceful-weight on the hip an or legs an back, All truly that I could find or that people could recommend except the 2 -plate sets an screws to keep it in place permanently an im about ready to say F*-It! DO IT-THE PAIN IS JUS TO MUCH! being miserably uncomfortable an in pain day in an day out with no position to ease the discomfort/pain or the constant tooth ache in my ass cheek (excuse my french) but I jus cant take it any more I had a herniated disc: Lamectomy/Disectomy an they thought that was what was causing it everything that was ailing me including the drop foot I ended up with, After I fell down 6 Wooden stairs to the hard ass concrete an low an behold after the surgery all hospital drs accused me of lying, being a medicine seeker, good ol' ADVENTHEALTH Hospital(Zephyrhills)
They Are shit but thankfully God Blessed me with a very trained, very smart, very caring, very skilled at being a Spinal Surgeon an an even more kind respectful down to earth by he said no your not crazy its sacrolitis or si joint dysfunction guaranteed an recommended the si joint injection which i got an I had alot less pain after about 6 hrs in most of the area but not all an putting full weight on my right food/side causes it to get pretty rough feeling so I am now after all that ready to jus have the minimal invasive surgery an duct tape it super glue it idc jus fix it please o best part is I have no INSURANCE so I am gonna have to figure out how to even make surgery possible I also get swelling from in my legs both all way from top of thigh to bottom of foot dk what that means either but I will keep you all in my prayers an I hope you find your fixes to your SI BS also an soon godbless each an everyone of you
