Has anyone experienced internal vibrations?

After a doctor was almost successful in killing me in 2019, I've seen pretty much every doctor that ends in ologist. Misdiagnosed with Parkinson's, MS, and several others. No physical explanation for my symptoms, which range from excruciating nerve pain all over, tremors, epileptic jerking and nonepileptic seizures, internal vibrations, migraines, dizziness. I was finally diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). I went to Mayo for a week long clinic for my motor issues. That only helped with the tremors and jerking. I then discovered Re-Active PT clinic in CA. I recently spent a month there and learned the tools needed to stop the seizures and pretty much everything else. You can retrain the brain. We are all similar in our symptoms, be we are all different in our rehab. They are all doctors and they work as a group to customize your healing. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to be there and I'm actually back to work full-time after laying on the floor in misery for years.

Hello, thanks for your input. I don't have the opportunity to attend su h a clinic. I have internal vibrations, faciculations, pain on left side, mild tremors, tingling, etc. Do you mind elaborating what, in your case, was helpful to rewire the brain? How was your treatment? What did you do? What do you suggest? This might help to have an indea about the life changes and other things I may try do or take... Many thanks and best wishes...
