Welcome to Mayo Connect, where you can converse with peo0ple who have been living with Bronchiectasis and MAC.
@scoop is right - vinegar may be an adequate cleaner in some circumstances, but NTM needs a stronger approach. Any references I found to disinfecting with vinegar also dated back 10 years or more - probably before the current understanding of how NTM "hides" in hard to destroy biofilm.
So, dish soap + vinegar = NO
Wash in mild soap and disinfect by boiling in purified water or using a baby bottle or microwave sterilizer.
Can you tell us a little about your diagnosis, and expand on why "I am miserable..."?

I have bronchiectasis, MAC, and now a secondary infection, Pseudomonas aeruginosa. I have a constant productive cough. Since I have been back on the saline cleansing and Tobi inhaled treatment, my cough has increased. I cough so hard, and so often I live with a constant headache, too. My voice is hoarse, and my chest feels very irritated.
