Y'all are lucky in some ways that at least you are finding Doctors that will listen to you about your symptoms. I have crazy loud tinnitus now and bad sinus issues. The tinnitus started after having covid as well as heart rhythm problems. After couple years of bigeminy heart rhythm I had a massive heart attack. No memory of day of heart attack or the week that followed but there was one good thing, when I finally "woke up" in hospital and have memory of my tinnitus was completely gone. It was so quiet I was more interested in my tinnitus than the heart attack I had just had and all the crazy things I did that I have no memory of ( crazy is understatement, woke up to my knees completely scabbed over from trying to escape hospital, sore knuckles from fighting 4 security guards and eventually sheriff deputies, got 100 yards from hospital before I finally collapsed and tore my knees up. My first memory that I have post heart attack is just after all this a week after heart attack and it was a flight medic leaning over me smiling as the helicopter took off saying "I told you I have a cool job" from that moment on I have memory. After another week in hospital I came home.
I live in smaller town about 60 miles from Vegas. When I see my docs and tell them my issues since covid I get totally dismissed. My tinnitus came back a week after getting home and is louder than ever, sinuses driving me nuts, I can't sleep anymore but maybe 2 hours at most. Fall asleep 5 am awake at 7 am now have neuropathy in feet and finger tips waiting to have mris for that. Appts here take months to be seen. Went from healthy outdoors hiking dirt bike riding guy to post covid a guy who can't catch breath, numb feet, a nonstop symphony of crickets in my ears just a total mess. Still riding every day, but totally not extreme like I was
Not one doctor has even responded when I mention that after covid I've developed so many problems. Almost like they can't say anything . Sorry this is so long. I got covid right when it started here, was only mildly sick for 3 days then a week later developed the bigeminy heart rhythm and then the tinnitus. 2 1/2 yrs later heart attack.

I am healthy enough to ride a bike three times a week and play golf, but the tinnitus comes and goes but like you i had mild symptoms from covid and that was three years ago. I am in two long haul covid clinics one in Cincinnati medical center where I live and one with Cleveland clinic I am going to the head doctor for the covid clinic this week when I am going to propose a regimen of steroids prednisone for a period of close to a month I will let you know how it goes because I saw a new ENT six months ago and when he put the camera up my nose he said to a colleague see that big blob and told me that my condition was totally fixable and it was in my head and not in my head like I was not imagining it, so after tendays of steroids and antibiotics i went back to him and had a CT scan he came in and you all better now whereas the blob of mucous was supposedly gone my ears were still clogged and now I believe it has come back again, so go figure.
