burta3,

I am sorry to hear of your mom's diagnosis.

I am not a medical profession, and simply did a quick online search ... here is a JohnsHopkins article - https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/conditions-and-diseases/pancreatic-cancer/pancreatic-cancer-types.

Is she bring seen at a pancreatic center of excellence? If not, please consider calling pancan.org for assistance.

Yes she was seen at cedar Sinai and we are awaiting a response from the mayo clinic

Hi @burta3, I moved your post about adenosquamous carcinoma of the pancreas, a rarer type of pancreatic cancer to this existing discussion:
- Adenosquamous carcinoma of the pancreas (ASCP) https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/adenosquamous-pancreatic-cancer/

I did this so that you can connect with @pasc22 @cancer007 @kimberbee, who have experience with ASCP. How are you and your mom doing?
