I’m also suffering from stiffness and soreness after three years of a TKR. I’ve been to two different physical therapists and I’m still having the same issue. Even when I stand for a long time my leg becomes stiff and when I sit for a long period and stand up I have extreme pain
below my kneecap, it doesn’t happen all the time when I sit. My orthopedic doctor is very frustrated with me and doesn’t take the time to listen to my issues. I don’t know what to do. I’m also still walking with the assistance of a walking cane

I had my replacement in 2021 and now have soft tissue pain up and down my leg every night. Riddling my sleep. I had ozone injections last week and no result. I am thinking acupuncture regularly would help. I tried myfascial massage, but it was a bandaid. Had to keep going every week and very expensive. DMSO helps, but must be repeated every few hours.
