110,000 buyers on Amazon health believe this one is the best. I haven’t taken it but it has the cultures I would look for.

Thank you 🙏 I’ll have a look for it, try anything to help me.
Do other people here have the same issue . . going to the loo every 1-2 hours ?

I have been taking these and they are good. I also take SB 5B the surgeon recommended and it definitely has helped. I’ve found that greasy food my guy can’t take it like before. At least I’m alive and can actually enjoy life once again. I’ve always got to make sure I know where a loo is . . just in case of emergency 🤣
