I would offer that all pancreatic cancer should be considered "advanced."

Based on my understanding of the various pancreatic cancers centers of excellence, and having been involved with my sister's pancreatic cancer battle - Mayo Rochester is (along with. few other places like MSKK, MDA, Johns Hopkins) the place I would relocate to - and, I mean move to Rochester.

I was treated very successfully at UPenn Medical Center.
I came to Penn from John Hopkins diagnosed with stage 4. Later diagnosis stage 3 at Penn. Went through chemo, radiation and the whipple procedure. I am a year out from the whipple and seem to be doing fine.
