I just had transperineal prostate biopsy with ultrasound in Fargo ND. couldn't go through rectum with ulcerative colitis. I believe the doctor that performed it did a great job. Unfortunately 2 biopsies came back cancer. Now I am researching proton radiation vs prostate removal.

I had mine done at Mayo Phoenix by Dr. Frendle and he was terrific. 30 cores on my 120 gram prostate without any pain at all. Numbed me real good and I would go to him again anytime although I told him I would rather go to the dentist than have to get another biopsy.
