I have a Smartvest, I wouldn’t be able to use it while nebulizing as I can hardly breathe with the vest on. I coughed up blood last week after using it, so now I’m afraid to use it

Same here. After using the vest (smartvest), my lungs got more damage and coughing up blood.
@reneemc I'm sorry to hear that. Do you remember which setting it was on when using it resulted in coughing blood? I'm about to order a SmartVest and had recurring hemoptysis earlier this year, so I'd like to be extra careful when trying a vest.

Also, did you call your doctor and report the hemoptysis?
