That explains why chemo was not prescribed. My sister's cancer was her2 positive. So no oncotype. She went through lumpectomy, radiation, and chemo. She denied AI. 8 years out and still clear. Your met is probably due to cancer cells resistant to AI. Mine was small, no lymph node involved, her2 negative. I'm taking Anastrozole and wonder if there is a way to test the effectiveness of Anastrozole. Wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. Thanks you all for sharing your experiences. Best wishes.

I think the only way to know would be Pet, Bone or CT scanning.

We all worry that our AI (I''m on Letrozole after ILC Jan 2023) is not enough and perhaps this Artificial Intelligence algorithm is more for chemo but pretty great! xo
