There are various levels of Keto. There are also warnings about low carb diets, low fat diets, 'carnivore diets, and proponents of each. There are NO sugar diets, intermittent fasting, full fasting, water diets etc.
Each person going to have to decide for themselves.
There are noted practicing cardiologists recommending keto-type diets that they follow themselves, but not with all the fat some of the keto diets specify.
People who take time to research extensively find answers.
The point to me is research widely.
Research what other countries like AUS JAPAN EU have done in these areas.
