Welcome @gina52, I think it probably depends on who you ask whether or not it will help. I only have numbness with my neuropathy but looked into something similar through a chiropractor at a neuropathy clinic but after talking with them I decided it wasn't worth it for me. It wasn't covered by insurance and the treatments were expensive with zero guarantee that it would help. Others have found some measure of relief.
