Try some meditation for relaxation therapy. The anxiety you are experiencing is going to make your experience of pain more acute and even worse than it is.

Wsh, Marie I agree with you. There will be a shortage. I have no idea how this will be resolved. But, you better believe any of the Congressmen and women who have pain get the pain pills like it or not. Remember, they need to control us, or so they think.
@DearOregon girl. Yes you are correct. Their medical coverage is much better than ours and they do not pay for it. They are not allowed Social Security, they have a much better plan. Who are they? Better than we the people? Put them on our plan and then we would see a change for a better plan for all of us Americans. Hope, hope, hope.

@wsh66, I am @marield65 and I agree with you about the government. They are spending all the time and money on opioids addiction and I go from month to month hoping the pain clinic will refill my prescription and now there’s a shortage.
I wish the government would stay out of my business.
