Nodular enhancing foci along scar tissue INSIDE breast after surgery

I had an MRI with contrast at my one year follow-up in October after a right DCIS BCS with reduction and mastoplexy on left breast. Radiation VMAT for one week, and currently on Tamoxifen. I’m 69 year old.
The MRI shows asymmetric nodular enhancing foci along the curvilinear scar within the central left breast. This is inside the breast - not the scar line on the external skin. It says it is likely related to rearrangement of the internal glandular tissue, BI-RAD 3. Anyone else have this type of “foci”? What was your follow-up experience?
I’m scheduled for another MRI and mammogram in 6 months. Not much else can be done, but it is a worry that pops up every so often.

Also, there is a level one axillary node that is round that they are watching. This is the side where I had the DCIS in the LOQ. They see no sign of malignancy but it concerns me because of the location and that it is a unilateral node issue, not bilateral which would be more likely if it was just inflammation. Any thoughts on this would be helpful, too.
These are somewhat minor issues that I know I should set aside for 6 months. I do a pretty good job of that until something triggers my BC worries.

A PET/CT can give more enhanced results. You may be able to ask for one.

Thanks! I hadn’t thought of that. I’ll message the radiation oncologist before my MRI and see what she says. I’ve been treated at MD Anderson in Houston because it is the closest comprehensive cancer center. They have been willing to talk through options with me. So we’ll see.

Had my 6 month MRI after having double mastectomy with reconstruction for DCIS grade 3 right side. margins were clear but close on right side. Got 2nd opinion for radiation. Both the hospital and 2nd opinion at MSK said the risks out weighted the benefits. So I didn't do it. Negative for hormones but elevated risk on genetic testing. Mom had breast cancer at 79. I'm 61. They removed 1 sentinel and 1 axillary node on both sides that were negative. Just starting to feel human again and the MRI suggested I have an ultrasound. Ultrasound showed suspicious lymph node on Right problematic side. My head is spinning. have to wait 3 weeks for a biopsy. Anyone ever heard of this, Did they miss something? or Could it be new?
