@bunky44 do you take calcium supplements or do you get calcium from diet? if you get calcium from diet, could you share from what food sources and how much daily? thank you!

Hi, Mayblin~
I use Bone-up...6 tablets a day....Since I don't avail myself of too many dairy choices...I don' t feel my daily intake of calcium by food is that much. The collagen has calcium in it...I also take Vit-d3....as well a multi-vitamin/mineral combo.
I am currently now..(I guess because of the weather changes) eating more cooked dark greens and quashes, sweet potatoes, onions, mushrooms., garlic...lots of garlic....

I don’t take calcium supplements but eat greek yogurt and low fat cheese. Have you considered D3 if you don’t have much sun and. K2 (M7 ) as well ? Apparently K2 and D3 need to be taken with some fat and at different times of the day
