@heisenberg34: I have had this issue for over 15 yrs. I took all tese prescription, over the counter crap. It's all a big joke waste of money. These doctors don't know what they are doing, they are experimenting on my dime!!
I did my own diagnosis and find that it's a combination of sweat and dryness of the skin. They are telling you to keep it dry but in fact you need to moisturize the scrotum skin. Shea butter was the best, Vaseline with no deodorants. All these prescription nothing worked. Why do you think they keep recommending all this poison...for money. Keep the area clean 2 times a day if you can, then moisturize the area and sometimes I use powder with out deodorants to cut down on the sweating. It has helped me but I keep doing it daily. This has been the worst feeling of my life, but it's managed very well. I really think I need to change to a vegetable diet and leave all this meat products alone but I'm addicted!!!! Hope this sheads some light on this!! I am looking for a better moisturizer currently. Oh and keep the area trimmed. Ebay has a trimmer with a guard it works wonders. I even cut my hair with it.
