I have restless leg syndrome and so do both my adult children. Having RLS alone is bad enough. I can’t imagine having it as well as the pain of neuropathy. I have gotten some relief from RLS through mild exercises and massage. I use a cream which contains magnesium for the massage. There are also 2 medications which work fairly well. I do not like the side effects and so use them only when I’ve lost an hour or more of sleep and am climbing the walls. One daughter takes the MEDS nightly and suffers no ill side effects as far as we know.

My next solution will be an accupuncturist. I found one accupressure spot in my foot which stops the jumping. Good luck and God bless.
