I have severe neuropathy in both feet and on maximum dose of gabapentin for 6 years. It definitely works between the doses (I take morning afternoon and night) and lets me sleep at night. No side effects for me.

I take 1200 a day. It has helped me. I have nerve damage from Lupus. My balance has been off before the neuropathy . It took 2 years for them to diagnosed me with Lupus. Feeling better now that I have the medication I need.
