Is it possible to have Peripheral Neuropathy in just one leg and foot?

My PN started in my right foot and then progressed up the right leg. Later it started in my left foot and progressed. It was probably 2 years after the right foot that the left foot started. So my answer, would be yes.

Interesting. Sounds like what I am going through--but hand/arms and foot/leg. My doctor says mine is post-stroke central pain syndrome.
