Good evening @pm888. It is good to read that you have no pain. However, itching can be very troublesome. I have had a neuropathic itch which of course comes from the inside of your body. In addition, I worked to resolve exterior atopic dermatitis issues and some VOC (organic compound) reactions for quite some time.

For starters, there is a relatively new treatment balm called Dermeleve. You can buy it online at Dermeleve.com. My dermatologist brought it back to me from an international conference she attended. After application, it takes about 15 minutes to bring your face and scalp relief. And then it lasts about 6 hours. I always have a tube of Dermeleve with me just in case.

For the more abusive internal itch issues I use Dupixent....which I inject once every two weeks. It doesn't appear that you need that type of relief as you have described your condition. But it is there for you just in case.

If you wish to explore itch treatment from medical cannabis, then I have found relief from the Papa and Barkley Releaf Balm. It comes in two options, a 1:3 CBD/THC option and a 3:1 CBD/THC option.

By the way, I also use Duloxetine every day. It handles my mental anxiety quite well.

How long have you been dealing with this rather constant irritant?

May you be safe, protected and free from inner and outer harm.

Thank you, Chris, for your response and suggestions. Sometimes, one has to be their own best advocate. I have experienced this condition for nearly 8 years, on and off. Unfortunately, over the last 4 months, it has gotten a bit worse. Not in intensity but in duration. Oddly enough, I feel it much less outside the house than inside house, so I try to go out as much as possible. But with the chillier weather beginning to settle in, I won’t be able to go out as much. I hope we find total relief soon, but if we can’t we must deal with it as best we can. There are many people who suffer with far greater afflictions than we do and my heart goes out to them. Thanks, again. Paul
