Gabapentin did not work well for me. Gave me major brain fog. I have an ankle with osteoarthritis and it made pain unbearable. I am now on Duloxetine at 30 mg. Generic for Cymbalta. Working pretty good.

I have severe neuropathy in both feet and on maximum dose of gabapentin for 6 years. It definitely works between the doses (I take morning afternoon and night) and lets me sleep at night. No side effects for me.
