yes I forgot, I do an exercise program also...daily stretches. Since 2014 I have many different ones to exercise my limbs, neck, back, trunk, etc. Some are in a sitting position. Very good especially when you can't walk or be very active to keep your core strong. I heard tumeric was excellent as an anti-inflammatory and people having positive experiences with it. I have gastroparesis, so my stomach is very sensitive to many medicines and tried the powder...went so so.

My stomach is website but I use Turmeric incapable for,drink a lot of milk with it for pain I found a tea that works for me it's Arnica tea I found it at Rite Aid

Sorry I hate this word spell .As I said my stomach is sensitive so I take Turmeric with milk
