This is started 3years ago but these day i am getting the symptoms often once or twice in a month.
i have done the MRI twice. first time Gp told there is a bulging in C5, it may irritate my nerves. 2nd time Gp said it could be due to Arthritis in the spin.

I have similar issues it sounds like. Have you found any solutions?
