I have been using Susan’s now for a few weeks, and it seems to be working much better now.
Maybe I just needed my feet to get used to it.
I like the fact that it’s not sticky either, like the other cream my podiatrist had ordered me.
I also use Salon Pas pain patches, in between using Susan’s.
Last nite I had a terrible nite, pain in my left foot felt like a Charlie horse, which would come and go every few seconds.
I used everything I had, pain meds, Susan’s ointment, pain patches, etc.
I finally took 2 ibuprofen and must’ve fallen asleep finally at 6:30am.
My poor dog wouldn’t even sleep next to me, she went to sleep with my husband!

Glad it’s starting to give you some relief. That sounded like an awful night. You can also try using cold pads on your foot. I got some from my doctor and keep them in the freezer. Use them mostly on my hands but have used them on my feet. You can also fill a plastic water bottle and freeze it. Sit in a chair or on side of bed and roll your foot over it for 2-3 minutes at a time. Do it several times until your foot feels better. Cold really helps pain. Hope you continue to find things to relieve your pain and maintain a good place for you. If I find anything else I will post it. Hang in there!
