I am sweetkaroline. I am a 55 year old female. Chronic pain for 30 years. Quad level cervical spine disc replacement with fusion. Diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder in 2007. This is my very first post. Definitely going to read and absorb everyone's shares, I am here to learn. Thank you ALL for your story! May every moment be a step towards a better place in our lives!

Welcome to Connect @sweetkaroline

I have chronic pain from neuropathy and some arthritis, and have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, PTSD and depressive bipolar. I understand some of what you live with. Not always fun.

You might find discussions of interest in the mental health group. I hope you find a supportive group of people here. I've met good people here and have learned a lot. I look forward to hearing more from you.

Jim

@sweetkaroline I shall try to be brief. Just this once. I have found that writing up my own Amyloidosis Dossier has been very, very helpful. Symptoms, treatments, conversations, reading notes, questions. I have posted mine at https://bit.Ly/1w7j4j8 It is free, and Dropbox is very good about guarding against viruses, etc. There are several formats of the same Amyloidosis Dossier V16-4, and other stuff as well. It might help you figure out how to write down your stuff. I stumbled around a lot until I found a pattern that was easy for me. Anyway, welcome.
