I have been nebulising that brand of Glutathione for over a year. I still cannot tell if it does anything or not! What brand of the NAC have you found effective? A medical researcher told me the purity of the brand is important with NAC. Do you take the guaif. and NAC on the same day or alternating? Can you tell which is helping more?

I take NAC and guaif together 2x per day, every day. Can't tell which is helping more. But, the combo really helps tremendously.
