Post surgery, I used Mupirocin Sinus 10mg/pump. It’s a irrigation solution. This helped tremendously and came from a compound pharmacy

Yes I had sinus issues prior to Covid but it seems it exploded after Covid . It became so out of control, I finally had a mri & that’s when they discovered the tumor.
