There is a lot of information on the internet that explains the benefits of recycling daily for 6 months to 1 year. All you need to do is inflate the implant to max. size at least 1 time per day. I am doing 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. This will give you maximum girth & length. A few videos I watched says to inflate to max. and then bend the penis, left, right, back & forward and then try to get another pump on the ball. I just started this process a few days ago.
