Hi, bluesky222. Brooks Addiction is my favorite shoe, or it was until my PN got a hold. Brooks Addiction was recommended to me about 15 years ago by my Bouder podiatrist, and if you're familiar with Boulder, you might guess that my podiatrist had quite a clientele in the running community. I wore nothing but Brooks addiction until my TKR, which spelled the end of my running days. I've tried Brooks Addition since, just as a walking shoe, but now that I have PN, I find the Brroks are too heavy. They're still superior shoes, however! –Ray

Sorry to hear the Addiction won't work for you. My neuropathy is somewhat like yours: No pain, idiopathic (wish I knew why!) with terrible balance. And getting worse. UGH!
