Ray, a shoe store known for orthopedics fitted me with shoes from Brooks with a big "toe box."
Specifically their model "Addiction GTS 15" size medium (D). It accommodates my orthopedic foot brace. If you phone the Brooks company, they can tell you which styles have a large toe box. The shoe cost a lot ($180??), but I have worn it 3+ years.

Hi, bluesky222. Brooks Addiction is my favorite shoe, or it was until my PN got a hold. Brooks Addiction was recommended to me about 15 years ago by my Bouder podiatrist, and if you're familiar with Boulder, you might guess that my podiatrist had quite a clientele in the running community. I wore nothing but Brooks addiction until my TKR, which spelled the end of my running days. I've tried Brooks Addition since, just as a walking shoe, but now that I have PN, I find the Brroks are too heavy. They're still superior shoes, however! –Ray
