And did you have any side effects? I’m 73, and fully intend to get the vax, but I keep forgetting about it 🫤!

I’m also 73 and am getting the vaccine probably this week. Hoping for the best.

I am 70 and had the first of two shingles vaccines about a month ago. Very sore arm for a few days. Some malaise. My immune system is severely compromised, so it reacts pretty strongly to any vaccines.

On the other hand, I'd rather have the vaccines and figure I am getting some protection, that risk going without. The opportunity for severe illness is nothing to look forward to if I don't keep up on vaccines of all kinds.
