Just a thought. Perhaps you could get your B12 checked. I had this electrical shock feeling a few years ago in my arms & legs. You can have peripheral neuropathy symptoms from low B12. My B12 was extremely low and I had to start on B12 injections. The electrical shock feeling went away in about 2 weeks. I couldn't sleep at night because of it. Also, have you started any new medicines before this started? I am so sorry you are battling this. Praying right now.

I'm on 100mgs of B12, and levels are over 200 .

I didn’t realize you could get PN from low B12. Was it a blood test that told you it was low. It is one of the few things they did not test me for. Now I wonder if my PN could be from that. I am not diabetic. It came on one week after COVID booster, but maybe that is not the whole cause. Your comments make me want to get tested for B12 levels.
