@peach414144 in the past few days there has been an abundance of responses. I find if I do not respond to many I can go through them fairly quickly. It is usually quieter.

@blindeyepug I live in NH, as I have mentioned before. A few years back I was a manager in the Inn at Bedford Village Inn, a lovely place with miserable owners. I was always amazed at how many people came from distant locations like Texas to view the beautiful fall foliage. Up here they are referred to as "leaf peepers". It really is pretty. I have never done the train but there is one that is a day trip from North Conway I believe and now that I am thinking about it, it does sound like it could be fun.

No, you're not spelling my name incorrectly. I never remember to put "@" before anything, so maybe that's the problem.

@hazelblumberg Hmm, I wonder if my doctor has a dental practice in your area too. I just feel so conflicted because he was so good initially. Does he not like me? Is he burned out? Does he have personal issues distracting him? Does he feel like he let me down since he never managed to diagnose my cirrhosis, a hospitalist with the same information did? Go figure, whichever it is it does not make for a comfortable feeling.

@contentandwell JK, It's not you I have been having the same issue with a name not coming up using the @ sign. I am going to tag @colleenyoung to let her know. And as for chocolates--there isn't much chocolate I don't like!

@hazelblumberg, Probably having been an IT professional for years contributed to my lack of fear of technology, even though at this point I have not been in the field since just before my son was born, 37 years ago.
I miss records too, I have a bunch but no way to play them.
You are ahead of me on Pandora, I know NOTHING about it!

@jimhd Geez Jim, I am amazed that I don't have all of those things on my phone, it's a great idea. I do keep some lists on my evernote app, like shopping lists and questions for doctors. I like evernote because it's a free app if you only have it on two devices so what I put in on my computer if I think of something while on it, automatically is on my phone also.
I always bring a hard copy of my medications to doctors, they love that too.
JK
@this sounds great, I will definitely add it to my phone. For some reason every time I try to add a new app it asks for my credit info, even when the app is a free one. This just started recently and I hate to put that in when not necessary. Anyone else having that pop up on downloading apps?
JK
@hazelblumberg It's not if you remember, I do put the @ before your name but it still does not pop up. That happens with one or two others also.

If you are looking for something to play old records on, you can get a USB record player fairly cheap. The advantage is that most of them come with a program for your computer that lets you record the songs from the record player. Just do a Google search for "USB record player". I used one to get the songs off some old 78s and 33-1/3 records. I like some of the old stuff too!
