I had to look up, and I was pretty sure what the medication‘s were that you were referring to. Vert is meclizine, which makes sense because it is for vertigo. Panadol is our acetaminophen or Tylenol. I use Tylenol twice a day every day & occasionally an extra dose, depending on what I’ve done for the day. I’m actually considering getting the long acting product to see if that helps any.
I don’t have as much in my neck yet, and I say yet because it seems to be going everywhere. But I have bone spurs in both shoulders and have had radio frequency. Ablation‘s done there as well as in my back. I was wondering if you have orthotics that were made for you because of the bone spurs in your feet. Like I said, I have them on the bottom of both feet and on the back of both feet. Sometimes makes it difficult to have shoes with a backing . I am going to see a podiatrist next Friday and hopefully they can give me some answers and see if I can have some treatment with laser on my feet to break up the bone spurs. Not sure if I can or not and I’m not sure if I do if it will make them come back worse. It is strange how many of us have the bone spurs in our feet. Good luck to you Mitchell. It seems that you are doing the best you can with medication and exercise.

Kinda funny.....but I made my own footwear in the finish.... found a specific style of quality Under armour sneaker, cut the lace up area out and the tongue off, (easy on easy off) no bending over, cut the back out, then made a clay mold of the bottom of my feet, warm the modeling clay, place a 1" strip on a foot sized board, then press and wriggling my foot until I had a complete mold of my underside of each foot.....then lightly fiberglass over the mounded clay, wallah an exact replication of each foot, then use quality foot inner soles, icon walk and jog for miles again, no discomfort.
