Welcome @tlock47, I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to find much relief for your neuropathy pain from the back surgeries. I know this must be really difficult to deal with on a daily basis. I'm wondering if you might find the following discussion started by @jenniferhunter helpful:

I am so sorry to hear of all your troubles. I have had similar but not as bad as yours. I have not yet found pain relief. I have only had to learn ways to minimize and then accept through prayer and meditation. My pain is always present even as I write. I have simply learned to live. I don't know if that's what you want to hear but that's where I am.
