Major cholesterol problem. Pre diabetes. They want me on statins I refuse due to being overdosed by a doctor and ended up causing major illness with muscles hurting stomach issues. With everything else - basal temp when first waking up is anywhere from 94.7 to 96.3 and I sleep in winter pjs two heavy blankets and socks. Extremely exhausted by mid day always falling asleep for at least one or two hours. Eye lids very droopy. Joints bother me. Weight gain watch what I eat exercise at least five days a week varying types and law work on top of that. Even after mowing the lawn which equals over two miles of walking mower my basal temp is 95.7. I have to wear night guard on teeth because I clench them. My left side of face under jaw line swells which pushes that side eyebrow up as well. My hands wrists bother me can’t crochet like I used to. I could keep going.

All they want to do is treat the symptoms and not the cause. I will not take stuff that isn’t going to treat the actual illness. It’s like chronic fatigue syndrome that because the blood tests don’t show it then it isn’t real.

If you have been “overdosed by a doctor” maybe you should consider changing doctors.

If you have “major cholesterol problem” an appropriate dose of a statin can be very helpful.

If you have hypothyroidism, you will likely need thyroid medication. Of course a med and dose suited to your needs. Weight gain, exhaustion and feeling cold can all be symptoms of hypothyroidism. Have you discussed these symptoms with your doctor?
