I’m currently waiting for my test results but i am quite sure that it is GI related. I feel bloated after most of my meals, i have frequent headaches, heart palpitations,…
An issue with your gut can result into the malabsorption of crucial vitamins and minerals, which could explain my iron deficiency
Figuring out what foods you might be allergic to is a real hassle I’m so done with it :))
