I had surgery June 12th this year and I learned fast no underwear with catheter in. Just short sweatpants, they were soft and much more comfortable to me. Use plenty for antibacterial salve to keep tube sliding in and out without discomfort. This is for when you move around and as your penis changes in size through the day or night.
