What do others do about inflammation?

@maddiemae For inflammation I drink a strong tea of boiled fresh ginger root to which I add a small amount of concentrate black cherry juice. Sometimes I drink this hot and sometimes I drink it cold with an equal part of seltzer. I notice the difference when I go through a few days of not drinking my anti-inflammatory concoction. When I drink about a quart of this a day, I don't have to take any NSADs.

I think drinking ginger root is great but unfortunately I just can't handle the taste. Wish I could because I'm sure it would be great for my inflammation. What do you think about tablets?
