What do others do about inflammation?

My doctor who treats my dysautonomia stresses that I should stay on the anti-inflammatory diet. Fresh fruits and vegetables, no preservatives. Basically it's a Mediterrean diet. I started out sticking to it and honestly felt better but I got sick and my husband fixed whatever was easy so I've been off it and I can tell. Inflammation, fatigue, inability to control my body temperature, a "sick" that I really can't describe. When this happens I have to go to bed because I can't hold my head up. More info than you wanted, I'm sure. I hope you feel better.

@maddiemae For inflammation I drink a strong tea of boiled fresh ginger root to which I add a small amount of concentrate black cherry juice. Sometimes I drink this hot and sometimes I drink it cold with an equal part of seltzer. I notice the difference when I go through a few days of not drinking my anti-inflammatory concoction. When I drink about a quart of this a day, I don't have to take any NSADs.
