Hi lashu,
The other two meds I mentioned aren't for osteoporosis treatment. I've been taking one of them for three years, and the other I was only took for three months.
Many people have had great results with Prolia with little to no side effects. I genuinely hope that you are one of those people.
If only we knew in advance which treatments would work best for each of us. With any luck, I'll find a doctor who will as least try to tailor a treatment that works for me. I wish the same for all of us who are living with osteoporosis.

Thank you, again, for responding. Tailoring the treatments would 'entail' correlating the chemistry (DNA?) of the individual with the specific drug: I guess IA would be handy for that. Computers already do vast calculations, maybe there's already a program for it. Yes, it would be nice to know ahead of time if we are going to lose hair, have heart problems, fracture a thigh bone (that's really a weird one), etc. Meantime I guess it's a toss of the dice, so to speak. I'm sorry, I forget, what are you taking now for your bones? Evenity?
